SaveOnLine® is a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) aimed at the main emergency areas, starting from medical emergency (118 system) to specific emergencies such as Soccorso Alpino. The winning features of SaveOnLine® are the integration of all its functions of receiving, handling and closing the emergency and coordinated management of centralised call centres and separate teams.
SaveOnLine® represents an extremely flexible operational IT protocol which can be adapted to any organisation, thanks to its modular structure and the availability of specially designed components to guarantee maximum ease of use.
1. Call Center
The call acquisition module provides the user with all the tools for the management of pending emergency signals.
2. Emergency Handling
The coordinated handling of various emergency departments (118, Fire Brigade...) covers all the activities of interviewing the caller, alerting, managing the teams and vehicles, and closing the emergency.
3. Management of Large Scale Emergencies
Specific operating methods are available for handling large-scale emergencies, aimed at optimising management flow. They can also be used simultaneously with standard work functions.
4. Statistical processing
An entire section is devoted to administration staff dealing with monitoring of the Operational Centre.
