Advanced Technology for the Mobility of Emergency Medical Services

TAMTAM® is REGOLA 's solution for remote alerting of individuals and teams. Created as an instrument to be adapted for various fields of use, TAMTAM® displays its maximum effectiveness in the medical field, guaranteeing remote contact between structures and medical staff who can be contacted making great savings on intervention times.

TAMTAM® 's primary aim is to alert staff on call from any structure, wherever they may be; to guarantee correct management of the on-call service, the product also allows management and definition of staff shifts, in a highly customisable format.

In detail, TAM TAM® is a Web Application which allows an SMS to be sent to a selected number of recipients among all those available on the current shift. The software has been designed to be perfectly adapted to types of remote messaging other than SMS. The integrated functions of structure, definition of organisations, groups and équipes (work units) and processing of shifts and the on-call system ensure perfect management of alerts via a single application.

TAMTAM® 's strength lies in the reduction of the time required to compile the message: special auto-complete functions for texts and critical features allow alerts to be sent with a few clicks of the mouse, an essential requirement in handling emergencies.
Monitoring in real time of the outcomes of alerts in progress ensures constant feedback on the situation in hand.

Finally, attention should be drawn to the high level of customisation available, which is also due to the option to set restrictions on the outcome of the alert (response by at least one, everyone, ...). and the functions allowing automatic redirection of messages to alternative telephone numbers.

The TAM TAM® alerting system is used for alerting within the SaveOnLine® system for 118 emergencies.
